As a Bicoastal transplant, Desire’e received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and her Master of Arts in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon.

She provides support for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, racial identity stressors, and life cycle transitions.

Desire’e specializes in working with adult clients in both individual therapy and couples’ therapy. For couples and families having difficulty communicating in their relationships, she focuses on exploring attachment styles and intergenerational patterns of interaction to help draw from inherent strengths and create more attuned ways of interacting.  

Additionally, Desire’e enjoys working with college students entering into the many life cycle changes of adulthood by offering a place to process these unique challenges and gain more confidence in their ability to navigate through tough transitions.
