  • How long is a session?

    • Initial Intake/Assessment Sessions are 60 min

    • Individual Sessions 45-55 min (specify beforehand)

    • Couple/Family Session 55 min

  • How do I schedule my appointment?

    You can schedule a consultation to determine that you and your therapist are a good fit, where an initial session will then be scheduled. All following sessions can be scheduled by contacting your therapist directly.

  • How many sessions will I need to attend?

    Change is slow and determinant upon the readiness of the client. Your therapist will provide their recommendations for frequency of services and together you will create a treatment plan to guide your therapy; this will allow you to track your progress toward treatment goals and give an account of when you are ready to graduate from therapy!

  • Do you only provide telehealth services?

    Yes. At this time Full Circle Wellness & Counseling PLLC is only offering individual, couple, family, and group therapy via telehealth.

  • Do you offer Medication Management?

    Full Circle Wellness & Counseling PLLC is not able to prescribe or consult regarding medication. If interested, your therapist can work with your prescribing physician to offer additional support of your medication plan.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Currently, Full Circle Wellness & Counseling PLLC is in network with the following insurance providers:

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • Oscar

    • Oxford

    • United Health Care

    • UHC Student Resources

    If your plan is out-of-network, Full Circle Wellness & Counseling is able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance to see if services are able to be reimbursed for some or all of the session fee.
